Theoretical Biophysics, Molecular Simulation, and Numerically Intensive Computation
The research group " Theoretical Biophysics, Molecular Simulation, and Numerically Intensive Computation" belongs to the Centre de Biophysique Moléculaire, a research laboratory of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, and is associated with the Synchrotron Soleil.
The current research activities are focussed on the study of slow protein dynamics by computer simulation, in particular the development of stochastic simulation techniques, models for protein dynamics, and parallel computing.
